ECDL Certification

The European Computer Driving Licence, ECDL is the required IT qualification for many companies and government services, such as the NHS. Best Training offer courses & exams to help you achieve this qualification.

ITQ - Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills

The new ITQ is a full level 2 qualification and an equivalent level to an NVQ, however you do not have to be working to take this qualifcation. It comprises 3 or 4 units of the ECDL together with an assessed module Improving Productivity using IT.

Best Training is a Microsoft IT Academy We can offer a full range of Microsoft Official courseware together with Microsoft examinations.

You don't have to have studied with us to sit Microsoft exams at our centre - if you have the skills just call to book an exam.

We can offer an extensive range of online IT & Business & Management courses

These can be run at beginner or intermediate level for Office 2003 or Office 2007, cost £80 each (inc VAT). We can set these up same day so you or your staff can start training at any time. You will be assigned a personal tutor who you can talk to by phone or by email and who will monitor your progress and offer help and advice when you need it.
