ECDL Certification
The European Computer Driving Licence, ECDL is the required IT qualification for many companies and government services, such as the NHS. Best Training offer courses & exams to help you achieve this qualification.
ITQ - Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills
The new ITQ is a full level 2 qualification and an equivalent level to an NVQ, however you do not have to be working to take this qualifcation. It comprises 3 or 4 units of the ECDL together with an assessed module Improving Productivity using IT.

Customer First is an externally accredited quality standard recognising the manner in which companies engage with employers. It covers relationships, market awareness & staff training.
Microsoft Academy
Best Training is a Microsoft IT Academy. We offer microsoft approved online and book based courseware together with testing in IC³, Microsoft Office Specialist & MCAS qualifcations.
Our examinations are available as a drop in service and you don't have to have studied with us to come in and sit an exam.
We offer the Office 2007 / Vista certification programme Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) using Microsoft Official courseware. This proves your competence in the business use of these applications. If you've got the skills then get the qualification to prove it!
