At Best Training we can offer you Free Literacy & Numeracy courses leading to National Certificates accredited by either City & Guilds or OCR. We have tutors qualified in adult learner support covering both specialisms
ECDL Certification
The European Computer Driving Licence, ECDL is the required IT qualification for many companies and government services, such as the NHS. Best Training offer courses & exams to help you achieve this qualification.
ITQ - Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills
The new ITQ is a full level 2 qualification and an equivalent level to an NVQ, however you do not have to be working to take this qualifcation. It comprises 3 or 4 units of the ECDL together with an assessed module Improving Productivity using IT.

Matrix is an externally accredited quality standard recognising an organisation's ability to provide Information, Advice & Guidance for learning and work.
Customer First is an externally accredited quality standard recognising the manner in which companies engage with employers. It covers relationships, market awareness & staff training.
Learndirect & IT
Best Training is a learndirect centre offering Government funded courses in Skills for Life, Business & Management and NVQs in Health & Social Care, Business Administration & IT
To qualify for learndirect funding learners need to be UK or EU Nationals or to have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
If you are on any means tested benefits or an Asylum Seekers or Refugee then the funded courses may be completely free.

IT Courses
For general IT courses we can offer online courses that can be studied at our centre or from your home or office. Just give us a call, we can have these up and running on the same day. You will have a tutor assigned who will advise you either in the centre or via email or telephone.
